Cascade offers a range of vehicle categories to accommodate one to twenty four passengers. This includes various models of sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, passenger vans, minibuses and party buses.

Your decision should be based on the number of passengers you plan to have, the number and size of luggage and the occasion you are having. A simple method to use is provided below:

- Sedan: 1-3 passengers with minimal luggage. Ideal for airport transfers, in-city transfers or out of town trips

- SUV: 1-6 passengers; the less passengers the more luggage space is available. Ideal for airport transfers, in-city transfers and out of town trips. Suitable for families, groups travelling together, or individuals looking for first-class level comfort and style.

-Lincoln stretch limo: 1-9 passengers. Luggage space available for up to 7 large pieces. Ideal for group airport transfers and special occasions that demand a special ride. Suitable for weddings, graduations, anniversaries, and group travel to the airport or in-city transfers

-Hummer H2 stretch limo: 1-20 passengers. No luggage space available in the trunk, only available in the passenger cabin. Ideal for groups that want a special and unforgettable ride to/from the airport and for special occasions that demand a special ride.

-Passenger van: 1-14 passengers; the less number of passengers the more luggage space is available. Ideal for airport transfers, in-city transfers and out of town trips. Suitable for families, groups travelling together or passengers with lots of luggage. Similar price to a Lincoln stretch limo but offers more luggage and passenger capacity.

When you submit a quote form or call us:

- One of our Quotes and Reservations team members will get back to you within 10 minutes (during normal business hours) and give you a quote based on the information you provided.

- They will answer any questions you have and provide you with the best suited solution for your needs.

- Quotes are valid for 7 days. During this time period we will follow up with you to remind you that your quote is still open,

- If you are happy with your quote and ready to proceed, we will create your reservation in our system and email you the details.

- Payment is required in advance to secure your booking.

Full payment of your trip is required in order to secure your booking. If you are unsure of your travel needs, we recommend that you wait until you are certain before making a payment. Quotes are valid for up to 14 days. You may be eligible for a partial payment/deposit depending on the total amount of your booking or how early in advance you are booking. We accept multiple forms of payment including credit card, Interac e-transfer and cheque.

Once payment is received and the booking os confirmed, 50% is non-refundable. This amount immediately goes towards costs to fulfill the service. Therefore, we recommend that you are certain of your transportation needs before making a payment. To receive a refund on the remaining 50%, we have two policies, one for airport services and another for non-airport services:

- For airport services within Calgary, we have a 24 hour cancellation deadline

- For airport services outside of Calgary, we have a 72 hour cancellation deadline

- For non-airport services, we have a 3-day cancellation deadline

Our policy is designed with your convenience in mind. We understand that plans change and the unexpected happens, and are willing to give exemptions on our cancellation policy.

Flight delays and cancellations are a common occurrence. When you book with us, we ask for your inbound flight number so that we can track it and adjust our pickup time based on the latest estimated time of arrival. For domestic flights, we have a complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes and for international flights it is 45 minutes.

If your flight is delayed or cancelled at the last minute, we recommend that you review your airline's policy on compensation and refunds or contact their customer support team. In most cases, airlines reimburse customers for flight delays or luggage mishandling that results in incurred additional costs including transportation services.

Yes! We accept last minute changes and don't charge extra for this as long as we have the vehicle and chauffeur availability to accommodate it. In 95% of cases, we are able to accommodate your changes but during peak demand times (such as Saturdays), we cannot guarantee that we can do so. Because we value you and your business, we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs or offer an alternative solution.
